This study is an applied study in terms of its purpose. Also, since field and library methods are used to collect information, it can be said that this study is a descriptive-correlational study and also a survey type. It is also quantitative in terms of data type and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of this study consisted of all managers and experts knowledgeable in the research topic in knowledge-based companies located in Sharif Science and Technology Park. Based on the Cochran formula, 218 people were considered as a sample and were selected using simple random sampling. In this study, two library and field methods were used to collect information. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaire, face, content and construct validity were used. Also, reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient, composite reliability and McDonald's omega. In this study, two parts of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. In the descriptive statistics section, frequency percentages, tables and graphs were used to describe demographic characteristics such as age and gender, and mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis were used to describe variables using SPSS23 software. In the inferential section, structural equation modeling and smartPLS software were used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee motivation and commitment in modern organizations.
