Management in Iran faces numerous challenges in organizational, technological, and political dimensions, which profoundly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of institutions and organizations. From an organizational perspective, inefficient management structures, lack of transparency, and administrative corruption have weakened organizational performance and reduced public trust in government institutions. These issues can create serious barriers in decision-making processes and policy implementation, ultimately leading to inefficiencies in public service delivery and sustainable development. In the technological dimension, lack of access to modern technologies and insufficient information technology infrastructure hinder the improvement of management processes and productivity in organizations. Additionally, the inability to capitalize on digital opportunities and technological innovations can reduce the country’s global competitiveness. From a political standpoint, political and social instabilities, lack of active citizen participation in decision-making processes, and internal tensions can lead to public distrust and decreased social engagement. This situation not only negatively affects the quality of governance but can also contribute to the emergence of social and economic crises. This paper examines these challenges and their impacts on management in Iran, offering solutions to improve organizational, technological, and political conditions. Ultimately, it emphasizes that to achieve effective and sustainable management, managers must respond to these challenges with a comprehensive and systematic approach, strengthening inter-organizational collaborations and active community participation.
