The results of the estimation of the research model showed that mindfulness as a whole (i.e. direct and indirect effect) and in the standard mode has a positive effect of 0.59 units (p < 0.01) in explaining the variance of the criterion variable i.e. mental vitality. Also, mindfulness in the standard mode has a positive and direct effect of 0.3 units in explaining the variance of the criterion variable, i.e., mental vitality (p < 0.05).
