Today, with the increasing growth of information and communication technologies and rapid changes, the education system has faced many challenges. Therefore, organizing school activities in order to predict the future is a necessity. One of the basic components for organizing school activities, as well as facing contradictions, challenges, future research in education. According to what was said, the main goal of this research was to develop schools based on future research approaches. The method used in this research was study and library. In this research, the literature and background related to the development of schools based on future research approaches were investigated and then a conceptual model was presented. The findings showed that the components of school development based on future research approaches include trends, events, scenarios, images and actions, and the effective factors of future research in education and schools are knowledge commercialization and better policy making. At the end of the article, suggestions were made regarding the development of schools based on future research approaches.
