The present research was conducted with the aim of the impact of diversity management on employee belongingness with regard to the role of organizational trust and job insecurity. Therefore, it can be said that this research is an applied research in terms of its purpose. It is also a descriptive-survey type of information collection and analysis. In this research, field and library methods have been used to collect information. In the library, research tools are made up of books, articles and documents. A questionnaire was also used in the field section. The statistical population of this research is made up of all employees of private companies in Tehran. Considering that the number of these people is uncountable, relying on Cochran's formula, 385 people were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling method. Structural equation modeling using SPSS-v21, Smart Pls-v2 software has been used to investigate research hypotheses. The results showed that diversity management has a positive and significant effect on employees' sense of belonging. Also, the role of organizational trust and job insecurity as a mediator was confirmed in this research.
