                    The present study aimed to analyze the specific challenges and opportunities of human resource development in digital banking and its comparison with traditional banks. This research is a qualitative research type that used interviews and surveys of experts to identify the components. In this regard, 20 empirical and executive experts in the relevant field were surveyed and finally, based on their opinions, it was determined that the specific challenges and opportunities of human resource development in digital banking and its comparison with traditional banks include 5 components: training and skills development, organizational culture, talent recruitment and retention, performance management, and structural and organizational changes.
