Respecting and observing laws in the scope of legal standards related to international trade has always been considered as one of the important principles of the World Trade Organization. Examining the approach of the World Trade Organization can explain the tools and procedures that this organization has considered for the maturity and evolution of this principle. Due to the special importance of this topic, the aim of the current research will be to provide a suitable answer for this category of the effect of guaranteeing the implementation of trade laws in the realization of the goals of the World Trade Organization with the approach of governments' membership in them. It should be mentioned that the research method in this thesis is analytical-descriptive, as well as the method of collecting information in the form of library studies. The results show that in almost all the agreements of this organization, we see provisions regarding the guarantees and requirements for the implementation of laws, and in fact, the principle of adherence to the law has been an evolving and growing process, and the course of this evolution has been in a way that serves as a basis for change. It has been considered in the structure of this organization and has made it possible to make efforts to improve the processes of creating business policies in the internal system of the members. It was also explained that transparency can be the driving force of countries in increasing the volume of trade and commerce, using competition laws in accordance with international law, using the capacities to protect exclusive products and goods and their ownership around the world, and also in the event of a dispute, from The potential of the arbitration institution should also be used. Also, complying with the legal requirements of the mentioned contracts and the guarantees of their implementation will cause the governments to become members of the organizations and organizations of the World Trade Organization much more easily.
