The purpose of the present research was to compare the effect of open and closed exercises and central stability on proprioceptive accuracy in different angles of the upper limb in adolescent girls from Tehran schools. In terms of purpose, this research is applied; In terms of data type, quantitative; In terms of data collection method, it was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with three experimental groups and one control group. The statistical population of the research included all adolescent girls in Tehran schools, 60 students were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The measurement of the sense of the elbow joint position was done by the objective evaluation method and its reconstruction in the standing position, and the elbow joint angle was done using a system consisting of skin marking and digital photography, as well as a scale for measuring weight, a tape measure for determining height. Samples and metal goniometer were used to determine the right angle in the exercises; In addition, a balance board was used to perform balance exercises. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean, frequency, percentage, variance, graph, table, etc.) and inferential (analysis of covariance) were used by SPSS V.23 software. The findings showed that open exercises had a greater effect on the sense of proprioception in the participants of the experimental group than in the control group; Closed exercises in the participants of the experimental group compared to the control group had a greater effect on the sense of proprioception of teenage girls; Closed exercises of central stability in the participants of the experimental group compared to the control group had a greater effect on the sense of proprioception of adolescent girls, and finally, open and closed exercises and central stability in the participants of the experimental group compared to the control group had a greater effect on the sense of proprioception of adolescent girls.
