The role of the effectiveness of the project cost control process is very important in the success of a project. The project cost control process includes the management and control of costs related to the project and is carried out during the project implementation period. The importance of the effectiveness of a project includes financial planning, cost control, forecasting and risk management, reporting and communication, and improving project performance. In general, it can be said that the role of the effectiveness of the project cost control process is to ensure effective financial management, reduce risks related to costs, improve project performance, and improve communication and reporting. This role contributes to the project team's ability to control project costs and contribute to overall project success. The present research has collected the project effectiveness results through the project cost control process using library studies and in the form of a review article. Reviewing the related literature and background, it can be said that controlling the project cost process is effective on the final performance of the project.
