The aim of this article is to explain the issue of anti-superstition in Farrokhi Yazdi's Divan of poems during the Iranian Constitutional Era. He is one of the most influential thinkers and literary critics in the history of Iran. With extraordinary boldness, he protests and rejects the injustices, superstitions, and tyranny imposed on popular culture. In the present article, which is written using a descriptive-analytical method, with a look at the intellectual and historical contexts of Farrokhi Yazdi's turbulent era, an attempt is made to discuss his most important enlightening and anti-superstitional views in the form of protest poetry and literary criticism in a general context. The result of this study shows that Farrokhi Yazdi, without being influenced by the atmosphere prevailing in the Iranian society of his era, has played an unparalleled role in eliminating the compound ignorance and superstition of Iranians, following the free intellectuals such as Malek Shoara-e Bahar and Arif Qazvini, etc.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior on job self-efficacy of staff members of the Bushehr Education Department. The statistical sample included 150 employees, both formal and contract, who were randomly selected through stratified sampling. To conduct this research, three organizational justice questionnaires were used: Chester et al. with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89, Oregon and Kanoski's organizational citizenship behavior with an alpha coefficient of 0.78, and Sherer et al.'s self-efficacy questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.83. (P<0.001) The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and job self-efficacy. There was no significant difference between male and female employees in terms of organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and job self-efficacy. There was a significant difference between formal and contract employees in terms of self-efficacy, and regression analysis showed that only procedural justice was a significant predictor of employees' job self-efficacy. Of the organizational citizenship behavior components, altruism and conscientiousness were significant predictors of job self-efficacy, but other components of citizenship behavior were not significant predictors. The results of regression analysis showed that organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior were significant predictors of job self-efficacy.

Effective communication training can be used to resolve past traumas, act effectively in the present, and face future life failures. Test anxiety, as an important educational problem and one of the destructive factors in students' adjustment, affects millions of students worldwide annually. And it reduces their academic performance. The main purpose of this study is to "study the effectiveness of effective communication training on reducing test anxiety among female elementary school students in Dashtestan County". The research method of this research is experimental (interventional). The statistical population of the research is all female students in the fourth and fifth grades studying in girls' primary schools in Dashtestan city in the academic year 1403, numbering 2150 people. In the next stage, 120 students were randomly selected and test anxiety questionnaires were distributed and completed among them. After that, 60 subjects with the highest anxiety scores were listed and randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. In the last stage, the experimental group was intervened. The interventions were carried out in 7 60-minute sessions for the experimental group and at the end, a post-test was administered to the two groups. Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to analyze the data. In summary, the research findings after controlling for the pre-test effect using the analysis of covariance method for the experimental and control groups show that effective communication training has reduced the exam anxiety of elementary school students. (P < 0.05, F = 94.67) Conclusion: It can be said that effective communication training has a positive effect on reducing anxiety. The effect size for reducing exam anxiety is equal to 624/, which shows that effective communication training has explained 62.4% of the variance of the exam anxiety variable of elementary school students.

Many studies have shown that what parents do in their interactions with children at home is the main factor determining verbal abilities and academic progress, not the parents' income level or level of education or other characteristics related to their social status. Parents can have the best and most effective level of interaction with their children who have a higher intellectual level - and not just the level of education. Therefore, the role of parents in the decline or improvement of the intellectual and cultural level of the family is very important. Learning is a process, and in each process, factors and variables are interacting. The aim of the present study is to identify and explain the family and social factors affecting the level of learning orientation among elementary school students in Bushehr city. This is to determine to what extent the family and the characteristics of the students' family environment affect students' orientation to learning. The present study is descriptive survey research that is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study includes all elementary school students in schools in Bushehr city. The total number of elementary school students is 6877 people. The sample size was determined based on the Cochran formula of 363 people. The research tool is a standard questionnaire. The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between family factors, intra-family relationships, and family cohesion with the orientation to learning. Also, a significant difference was observed between the level of students' orientation to learning based on their educational level.

Classical investment risks and returns are usually defined based on stock-holding policies. We mean that they are calculated only by considering the prices at the beginning and end of each period without considering the price fluctuations. Therefore, they may not carry useful information for speculators. This study presents new investment risk and return measures under speculation policy. We call these measures the extreme speculating profit (ESP) and the extreme speculating loss (ESL), representing the maximum possible return and loss based on historical price fluctuations. We also classify speculators into three categories, risk-taking, risk-avoiding, and rational speculators, and illustrate how ESP and ESL help them rank the stocks based on speculation policy. The cryptocurrency market is one of the most volatile and probably attractive to speculators. We investigate this market and compare it with the commodities market based on the measures proposed in this study. This study implies the concepts of risk and return should be defined based on the investment policy investors apply.

The present study is an applied research aimed at examining the effectiveness of the Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) approach on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in individuals with dissociative disorders. This was conducted by administering propranolol or a placebo once a week for six consecutive weeks to reduce PTSD symptoms among individuals with PTSD with or without high dissociative symptoms. To achieve this, a randomized clinical trial was conducted on 66 adults with a long-term diagnosis of PTSD, utilizing the SCID PTSD module, the PTSD Checklist (PCL-S), the Beck Depression Inventory II, and the Dissociative Experiences Scale. Patients with and without high dissociative experiences showed significant improvement in their PCL-S scores during the six therapy sessions, and PCL-S scores decreased across all patients during the post-treatment period. However, no correlation was found between the presence or absence of high dissociative experiences and any specific effect of propranolol treatment. Interestingly, patients who had high dissociative experiences prior to treatment demonstrated a very significant improvement in their Dissociative Experiences Scale (DES) scores after six therapy sessions, and these patients maintained this improvement three months post-treatment. The intensive short-term psychodynamic approach is an effective method for treating dissociative symptoms in patients with PTSD, and the improvement of these dissociative symptoms was associated with a reduction in the severity of PTSD.

Background and Objective: Scleroderma causes many psychological, emotional, and interactional harms to affected women, which is essential to reduce these harms by using appropriate psychological treatments. Accordingly, the present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) on body image, sexual satisfaction, and fear of intimacy in women with scleroderma. Method: The present study was a quasi-experimental pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all married women with scleroderma in Mashhad. The sample size of this study was 24 people, randomly assigned to two groups of 12, control and experimental, who were selected using convenience sampling. In this study, acceptance and commitment therapy was implemented in the experimental group, and the variables of body image fear, sexual satisfaction, and fear of intimacy were examined as dependent variables. The Littleton Body Image Fear Scale, Hudson Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire, and Descanter and Thelen Fear of Intimacy Questionnaire were used to collect the required data. At the beginning of the treatment period, the experimental and control group members answered the research questionnaires, and after 8 sessions of acceptance and commitment therapy intervention, the scales were completed again by them and the data were analyzed with SPSS software. Findings: The findings of this study showed that acceptance and commitment therapy had a significant effect on body image fear, sexual satisfaction, and fear of intimacy in women with scleroderma. (p=0.05). Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, the use of acceptance and commitment therapy is recommended as an effective psychological intervention to improve body image fear, sexual satisfaction, and fear of intimacy in women with scleroderma.

Architecture plays a fundamental role in the preservation and formation of cultural identity in societies, particularly in Iran. Isfahan Province, with its rich historical heritage and exquisite architectural works, serves as a prominent example of the impact of architecture on cultural identity. This study investigates how architecture influences the preservation and formation of cultural identity in this province. The primary aim of this research is to analyze and identify architectural elements that contribute to the preservation and formation of cultural identity in Isfahan Province. Furthermore, this study also explores the opportunities and challenges present in enhancing and preserving this cultural identity. Using a descriptive-analytical method based on field and library data, the research analyzes the impact of historical buildings, mosques, and public spaces on the cultural identity of the city. Case studies were selected to allow for a more comprehensive analysis of the architectural impacts on cultural identity. The data analysis indicates that the architectural elements of Isfahan, including tile decorations, brickwork, and the design of public spaces, have played a crucial role in shaping the rich cultural identity of this city. However, challenges such as the influence of new architectural styles and the effects of globalization may lead to an identity crisis; therefore, protecting this rich architectural heritage for future generations is essential.
