The general purpose of this research was to predict school satisfaction based on academic resilience, academic self-efficacy and student achievement goals. The method of the present research was quantitative in terms of the applied purpose, in terms of the type of data and correlational in terms of the nature of the study. The statistical population includes all 10th grade male students of the 2nd high school in the 1st education region of Tehran, which included 2000 people. The samples were obtained using Cochran's formula, equivalent to 377 people. Measurement tools include the School Satisfaction Scale (MSLSS) by Scott Huebner (1991), Samuels' Academic Resilience Questionnaire (2004), Jerry Jing and Morgan's (2000) Academic Self-Efficacy Questionnaire, and Midgley et al.'s (1998) Achievement Goals Questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics as well as inferential statistics including Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. Based on the findings of the present research, academic resilience, academic self-efficacy, mastery goals and performance goals have the ability to predict school satisfaction.

Fundamentally, the issue of transportation in the international space is a reflection of the policies of countries and their strategy for adopting a clear and transparent strategy, under which the country can more easily expand its range of activities, traffic and transit. Therefore, the use of aircraft, having the specific economic and political conditions that it provides, requires an in-depth examination of the contracts, responsibilities, safety and other constituents of this international business relationship. Because of the importance of this issue, it is attempted to analyze in the present article the issue of examining the liability of airline landlords and landlords in respect of air accidents in terms of international responsibility of governments in a descriptive-analytical manner. The results indicate that whenever a person is in a position to protect and deal with a vehicle, including the ownership or occupation, of the vehicle, there will be liability for damages incurred. One of the most important issues in the field of air rights is air accidents with a long history. This incident causes many material and spiritual damages. Contrary to the criminal and administrative liability of states that exercise sovereignty and pay less attention to the type and extent of international law, civil liability arising from air casualties has been seriously taken into account in international regulations and conventions. It has created aviation activities for countries and individuals. One of the most controversial issues in the legal issues of air transport is the existence of multiple, dispersed and sometimes uncoordinated rules. This inconsistency leads to confusion and mental turmoil in finding appropriate solutions. There are numerous rules in domestic and international law on the issue of compensation for a plane crash.

The issue of social changes (transformations) is one of the issues that have always been considered by Islamic and Western thinkers. It should be known that there is no consensus among these thinkers regarding the factors of social cohesion or social disintegration. The origin of theorizing about transformations and social changes goes back to ancient Greece. Plato believes that the lack of attention to educational issues and the existence of greed in people causes rebellion and transformation in the utopia. Aristotle also considers the existence of inequalities to be the cause of social changes. Karl Marx considers this issue to be caused by the existence of classes and class conflict. Durkheim, with the theory of functionalism, considers the lack of mechanical solidarity and division of labor and the creation of organic solidarity to overcome dissociation. solidarity and as a result the occurrence of social changes and transformations. Ali (a.s.) in Nahj al-Balagheh considers the developments and changes contrary to the evolutionary path to be caused by the air of the soul and the influence of the devil, which is related to some of the actions of the devil, such as: deprivation of insight from the people of the society and suspecting them of right and wrong, creating differences and divisions, fueling ignorant prejudices and turning to tribalism, igniting the fire of ignorance and ignorance hatred and pride and selfishness in the hearts of people, forcing people to flatter and flatter He has mentioned about the rulers, corrupting the rulers, justifying the means with the purpose and the social political alienation of the people.
