fa نقش مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای معلم بر عملکرد تحصیلی و کیفیت یادگیری دانش آموزان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای معلم بر عملکرد تحصیلی و کیفیت یادگیری دانش آموزان انجام شد. روش پژوهش برحسب هدف کاربردی برحسب نوع داده، کمی و برحسب زمان گردآوری داده، مقطعی و برحسب روش گردآوری داده‌ها و یا ماهیت و روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل </span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">کلیه دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهر تهران که در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، می‌باشد که تعداد 350 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای از بین مدارس مختلف چهار ناحیه شهر </span></span><span lang="AR-SA">تهران به‌تصادف <span style="color:black">انتخاب شدند. </span></span><span lang="FA">به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌های موردنیاز از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان حاجی‌زاده(1390)، عملکرد تحصیلی درتاج(1383)، ارزیابی کیفیت یادگیری دانش آموزان رحمانی آخکند(1389) استفاده شد. به‌منظور محاسبه روایی از روایی محتوایی و سازه و به‌منظور محاسبه پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ&nbsp; و ضریب پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد که نتایج بیان‌گر روا و پایا بودن پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش بود. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، چولگی و کشیدگی) و آمار استنباطی (همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره با نرم</span><span lang="FA">‌</span><span lang="FA">افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS-V.23</span><span lang="FA">) استفاده شد</span><span dir="LTR">.</span> نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان در عملکرد تحصیلی و کیفیت یادگیری دانش‌آموزان، نقش دارد. </span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal">The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of teacher&#39;s professional skills on the academic performance and quality of students&#39; learning. The research method was quantitative according to the applied purpose, according to the type of data, cross-sectional according to the time of data collection, and descriptive-correlation according to the method of data collection or the nature and method of the research. The statistical population of this research includes all high school students in Tehran who were studying in the academic year 1402-1403, 350 of whom were randomly selected by multi-stage cluster sampling from different schools in four districts of Tehran. became In order to collect the required data, the standard questionnaires of teachers&#39; professional skills of Hajizadeh (2013), Dartaj&#39;s academic performance (2013), and evaluation of students&#39; learning quality by Rahmani Akhkand (2013) were used. In order to calculate validity, content and construct validity were used, and in order to calculate reliability, Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient and composite reliability coefficient were used, and the results indicated the validity and reliability of the research questionnaires. Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and multivariate regression with SPSS-V.23 software) were used to analyze the data.
