fa اثر بخشی پروژه از طریق فرآیند کنترل هزینۀ پروژه عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;">نقش اثربخشی فرآیند کنترل هزینه پروژه در موفقیت یک پروژه بسیار مهم است. فرآیند کنترل هزینه پروژه شامل مدیریت و کنترل هزینه‌های مرتبط با پروژه است و در طول دوره اجرای پروژه انجام می‌شود. اهمیت نقش اثربخشی یک پروژه شامل برنامه‌ریزی مالی، کنترل هزینه‌ها، پیش‌بینی و مدیریت ریسک، گزارش‌دهی و ارتباطات و بهبود عملکرد پروژه است. به طور کلی می‌توان گفت، نقش اثربخشی فرآیند کنترل هزینه پروژه در تضمین مدیریت مالی موثر، کاهش ریسک‌های مرتبط با هزینه‌ها، بهبود عملکرد پروژه و ارتقای ارتباطات و گزارش‌دهی است. این نقش به توانایی تیم پروژه کمک می‌کند تا هزینه‌های پروژه را کنترل کرده و به طور کلی به موفقیت پروژه کمک کند. پژوهش حاضر به جمعآوری نتایج اثر بخشی پروژه از طریق فرآیند کنترل هزینۀ پروژه با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانهای و به صورت یک مقاله‌ی مروری پرداخته است. بررسی ادبیات و پیشینهی مربوط می‌توان گفت که کنترل فرآیند هزینۀ پروژه بر عملکرد نهایی پروژه اثر بخش است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The role of the effectiveness of the project cost control process is very important in the success of a project.
