fa نقش آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر خودکارآمدی و تنیدگی شغلی معلمان زن مدارس ابتدایی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span 2="" lotus="">این پژوهش نقش آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر خودکارآمدی و تنیدگی شغلی معلمان ابتدایی در استان تهران منطقه دو را بررسی کرده است. متغیر مستقل در این پژوهش آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی طی 7 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای در گروه آزمایش اجرا شده است. در پایان جلسه هفتم از دو گروه آزمایش و گواه پس آزمون و دو هفته بعد از اتمام جلسات، آزمون پیگیری به عمل آمده است. ابزار سنجش پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شغلی و پرسشنامه تنیدگی شغلی استاینمتز بود. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی انتخاب چند مرحله‌ای انجام گرفت. ابتدا </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span 2="" lotus="">بین مدارس ابتدایی منطقه 2 تهران، 30 نفر به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر خودکارآمدی معلمان مثبت و معنادار، همچنین بین آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تنیدگی شغلی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری مشاهده شد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان دادکه از طریق آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی می‌توان خودکارآمدی وتنیدگی شغلی معلمان را پیش‌بینی کرد.</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"2 Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" times="">This study <a name="_Hlk139368405">investigated the role of communication skills training on the self-efficacy and job stress of elementary teachers in Tehran province</a>, region two. The independent variable in this study was communication skills training in 7 sessions of 90 minutes in the experimental group. At the end of the seventh session of the two experimental and control groups, the post-test and two weeks after the completion of the sessions, a follow-up test was conducted. The measurement tools were Steinmetz&rsquo;s job self-efficacy questionnaire and job stress questionnaire. The sampling method was a multi-stage random selection. First, 30 people were randomly selected from the elementary schools of the 2^nd district of Tehran. The results of the research showed that communication skills training had a positive and significant effect on teachers&rsquo; self-efficacy and a positive and significant relationship was observed between communication skills training and teachers&rsquo; job stress.
