fa مدیریت اوقات فراغت نوجوانان و ترویج موزه: جنسیت و مسائل آموزشی عمومى General پژوهشي Research این مطالعه با هدف آشکار ساختن تأثیر اوقات فراغت بر شخصیت جوانان به‌ویژه جوانان عراقی و شرایط مثبت یا منفی آن بر آنها چه زن و چه مرد است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، مطالعه بر روی نمونه ای از جوانان منطقه بونوک که نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل (100) نوجوان بود، به کار گرفته شد. پرسشنامه برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش اتخاذ شد و نتایج نشان داد که اکثر نمونه های پژوهش اوقات فراغت خود را صرف یادگیری مطالب مرتبط با رشته تحصیلی خود می کنند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که اوقات فراغت از نظر نوآوری و تعالی ناامید کننده نیست. نمونه و نقش تعیین کننده ای برای والدین در نحوه گذران اوقات فراغت خود دارد اما دخالتی در مورد اینکه چه کسی اوقات فراغت خود را گذرانده است ندارند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که سن بر نحوه سرمایه گذاری آنها در اوقات فراغت تأثیر دارد. و هیچ تفاوت آماری معنی داری برای سطح تحصیلات در مورد نحوه سرمایه گذاری اوقات فراغت وجود ندارد.<br> &nbsp; This study aims to reveal the impact of leisure time on the character of youths, especially the Iraqis&rsquo; youths, and its positive or negative circumstances on them whether they are male or female. To achieve this objective, the study was applied to a sample of youths from Bunook district where the study sample was composed of (100) adolescents. Questionnaire adopted to achieve the objectives of the study, and the results showed that most of the study&rsquo;s sample spends their leisure time in learning things related to the field of their education. Also the results showed that leisure time is not a frustrating of Innovation and Excellency from the viewpoint of sample. And there is a crucial role for parents in how spending their leisure time but they do not interfere with whom they spent their leisure time. Results also showed that age effect on how they investing leisure time.
