fa توسعه مدارس مبتنی بر رویکردهای آینده‌پژوهی Development of Schools Based on Future Research Approaches عمومى General پژوهشي Research امروزه با رشد فزاینده فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی و تغییر و تحولات سریع، نظام آموزش و پرورش با چالش‌های فراوانی مواجه شده است. از اینرو، سازماندهی فعالیت‌های مدارس به منظور پیش‌بینی آینده، ضرورتی است. یکی از مولفه‌های اساسی برای سازماندهی فعالیت‌های مدارس و همچنین، رویارویی با تضادها، چالش‌ها، آینده‌پژوهی در آموزش و پرورش است. با توجه به آنچه که گفته شد، هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر، توسعه مدارس مبتنی بر رویکردهای آینده‌پژوهی بود. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مطالعهای و کتابخانهای بود. در این پژوهش به بررسی ادبیات و پیشینه مربوط به توسعه مدارس مبتنی بر رویکردهای آینده‌پژوهی پرداخته شد و سپس یک مدل مفهومی ارائه شد. یافتهها نشان داد، مولفه‌های توسعه مدارس مبتنی بر رویکردهای آینده‌پژوهی، شامل، روندها، رویدادها، سناریوها، تصاویر و اقدامات است و عوامل اثرپذیر از آینده‌پژوهی در آموزش و پرورش و مدارس عبارت‌اند از تجاری‌سازی دانش و سیاست‌گذاری بهتر. در انتهای مقاله نیز پیشنهادهایی در رابطه با توسعه مدارس مبتنی بر رویکردهای آینده‌پژوهی ارائه شد.   Today, with the increasing growth of information and communication technologies and rapid changes, the education system has faced many challenges. Therefore, organizing school activities in order to predict the future is a necessity. One of the basic components for organizing school activities, as well as facing contradictions, challenges, future research in education. According to what was said, the main goal of this research was to develop schools based on future research approaches. The method used in this research was study and library. In this research, the literature and background related to the development of schools based on future research approaches were investigated and then a conceptual model was presented. The findings showed that the components of school development based on future research approaches include trends, events, scenarios, images and actions, and the effective factors of future research in education and schools are knowledge commercialization and better policy making.
