fa نیازسنجی آموزشی به منظور ارتقای رفتار کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان Educational Needs Assessment in order to Promote Entrepreneurial Behavior عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف نیازسنجی آموزشی به منظور ارتقای رفتار کارآفرینی انجام پذیرفت. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع داده آمیخته بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی پژوهش شامل خبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیران آموزش و پرورش بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع ده نفر بهعنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. گروه دوم از جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، شامل تمامی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی به تعداد 740 نفر بودند که با استفاده از از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحله‌ای و فرمول کوکران 253 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. در این پژوهش به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از روش کتابخانهای، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته (بخش کیفی) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته (بخش کمی) استفاده شد. مصاحبه با خبرگان بیانگر روا بودن مصاحبه بود و بهمنظور محاسبه پایایی از روش پایایی بین دو کدگذار استفاده شد که نتایج بیانگر پایا و روا بودن مصاحبه بود. بهمنظور بررسی روایی پرسشنامه نیز از روایی صوری، محتوا استفاده شد و بهمنظور محاسبه پایایی آن نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد که نتایج بیانگر روا و پایا بودن پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. برای تحلیل دادههای کیفی پژوهش از طریق تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. در بخش کمّی نیز با توجه به سؤالهای پژوهش از (تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای) و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و Lisrel استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد ابعاد وضعیت آموزشی، تعیین اولویت‌ها و رفع نیاز به عنوان ابعاد اصلی نیازسنجی آموزشی به منظور ارتقای رفتار کارآفرینی دانش‌آموزان معرفی شدند. همچنین در این پژوهش وضعیت موجود نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت ابعاد شناسایی شده مطلوب می‌باشند. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The current research was conducted with the aim of <a name="_Hlk127187841">educational needs assessment in order to promote entrepreneurial behavior</a>. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of data type. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research included academic experts and education managers, who were selected as the sample size using the purposeful sampling method and saturation principle. The second group of the statistical population of this research included all the primary school teachers in the number of 740 people, and 253 people were selected as the sample size using the multi-stage cluster sampling method and Cochran's formula. In this research, in order to collect data, library method, semi-structured interview (qualitative part) and researcher-made questionnaire (quantitative part) were used. The interview with the experts indicated the validity of the interview, and in order to calculate the reliability, the reliability method between two coders was used, and the results indicated the reliability and validity of the interview. In order to check the validity of the questionnaire, face and content validity were used, and in order to calculate its reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability were used, and the results indicated the validity and reliability of the researcher-made questionnaire. Content analysis was used to analyze qualitative research data. In the quantitative part, according to the research questions, exploratory factor analysis and sample t-test were used using Spss and Lisrel software. The results showed that the dimensions of educational status, determining priorities and meeting needs were introduced as the main dimensions of educational needs assessment in order to promote the entrepreneurial behavior of students.
